What are the .INFO "Names Reserved for Registry Operator"?

Afilias has been allowed to register the domain names listed in Appendix X of ICANN's agreement with Afilias, for its own use and for use in operating the registry and providing registry services. See sections 3.6.1 and 3.6.2 of the agreement.
