Yes. Once a Registrar has established its payment security using either Cash Deposit or Letter of Credit, a registrar may enroll in credit card processing. To do so, the registrar must first complete the Credit Card Authorization Form available at http://credit.afilias.info and return it via fax or mail to Afilias Technical Support.
